Yes. You don’t need a website to run a quiz. Share it through a direct link, for example on your Instagram page, or send the link anywhere you like. You’ll find the direct link to your quiz in the “Embedding” tab.
To test the quiz, enter these values in the contact form.

If you still have leads on your balance but your paid period has ended, you’ll need to renew your subscription to access the data again.
Click your profile icon in the top right corner. In the pop-up menu, click your name or “Settings” to go to the “Account settings” page, where you can change your password.
You’ll find the notification settings (email and Telegram) in the “Integrations” tab.
Recommended image sizes for correct quiz display:
Vertical: 180 × 240 px
Square: 240 × 240 px
Horizontal: 380 × 240 px
Start page in a pop-up window: 1380 × 1300 px
Answer options: 380 × 307 px
Results: 1100 × 600 px
You’ll find all the design and color settings in the “Design” tab.
Go to “My quizzes” page and click the “Leads” button in the quiz. Leads collected during an unpaid period are locked. To open a lead, click the red eye icon next to it.

The Start page is the first main screen of your quiz. It tells users what the quiz is about before they start answering questions.
The Landing page is a separate page built in our editor. You can drive traffic to it directly and connect your own domain (the “Embedding” tab → “Direct link to the quiz”).
You can add the basic information about your quiz to both pages: its title, image, and the bonus users get for completing it.
Most likely none of the results match the conditions. Check the condition settings. The best approach is to set up a default result that shows when no other conditions are met — just leave its conditions empty.
Go to the “Embedding” tab, choose “HTML Block” and set it up. You can learn more in our guide.
There are two ways to find it. Open the Quiz editor and look at the address bar: you’ll see app.marquiz.io/quizzes/12345/edit, where “12345” is your quiz ID.
Or open the “Embedding” tab, click “Direct link to the quiz” and read the quiz ID from the link after https://mrqz.to/.

Your changes don’t go live until you publish them. In the quiz editor, click “Save and publish” and check again. If this does not help, contact our support team.
Auto-launch is controlled by the “Launch the quiz automatically” checkbox in the “Embedding” tab → “Pop-up Overlay Settings”. Two things to keep in mind here. First, some checkboxes on this page reset when you reload it, so what you see doesn’t always reflect what is actually saved. Second, changes you make here don’t reach your site automatically: to apply them, remove the old embed code from your website and paste in the updated one. Yes. The Free plan is available right after registration and isn’t limited in time. It gives you 10 leads per month and unlimited quizzes. If you need more, switch to a paid plan: “Start” at $19 per month with 30 leads, or “Plus” from $39 per month with 100 to 5,000 leads depending on the package.

Top up your balance when you’ve reached the lead limit on your plan or your subscription has ended. We recommend adding a credit card and turning on automatic payments to avoid any service disruptions.
You can check your remaining leads and days anytime in the top right corner of the screen or on the “Payments and balance” page.
Yes, you can add a card and turn on automatic payments so your balance always stays topped up.
Yes. You can set up payment notifications on the “Account settings” page, under “Payment notifications”. Use the toggles for email alerts about upcoming payments, and the buttons to set up notifications via Telegram. If you need any help, contact our support team.
You can change your plan at any time on the “Payments and balance” page. Please note: when you switch between plans, any unused lead credits are lost.
You can start with the Free plan, which gives you 10 leads per month at no cost. If you need more, choose one of our paid plans with different monthly lead limits.
No, you can make as many quizzes as you want on any subscription plan.
Yes. All your quizzes use one common balance.

White Label is an option that lets you hide the “Create your Marquiz” tag. It costs $2 per month and can be enabled separately for each quiz.
The interface of Marquiz is currently available in four languages:

First, cancel your active subscriptions on the “Payments and balance” page. Then go to your account settings and remove the card. To link a new one, simply pay for your plan with the new card on the “Payments and balance” page. Cancelling a subscription doesn’t cut your current plan short — it stays active until the end of the paid period, so you won’t lose the days you’ve already paid for.
