You can start with the Free plan, which gives you 10 leads every month.

A lead is a user’s contact information collected when they complete a quiz. You only use a lead when you access the user’s contact details in your dashboard.

As long as you have a card linked, your quizzes keep collecting leads after you surpass your monthly limit. Extra leads are added on credit and billed automatically at a per-lead rate that depends on your plan:

• Start (30 leads): $0.67 per extra lead
• Plus (100 leads): $0.40 per extra lead
• Plus (300 leads): $0.20 per extra lead
• Plus (500 leads): $0.12 per extra lead
• Plus (1,000 leads): $0.10 per extra lead
• Plus (3,000 leads): $0.10 per extra lead
• Plus (5,000 leads): $0.05 per extra lead

You’re charged in batches once your extra leads reach 20% of your plan's limit. For example, on the 100-lead Plus plan, every 20 extra leads add up to an $8 charge.

Your account will automatically switch to the Free plan, and your quizzes will remain active. We don’t disable your quizzes, and you’ll still receive leads. You can access them anytime if you decide to return.

Notifications are sent to your email when you have fewer than 10 leads left or when your balance reaches zero.

Yes, you can switch plans anytime. If you downgrade from a paid plan to the Free plan, your unused leads will remain available.

No, there are no restrictions. You can create unlimited quizzes and projects on all plans.

The Start plan includes 30 leads per month. The Plus plan offers 100 to 5,000 leads per month. Unlike the Plus plan, the Start plan does not include the ability to invite people to a project for collaborative quiz editing, hide the Marquiz logo, upload your own video, insert custom code into a quiz, export leads to .CSV, or link your own domain to a quiz or project.

Previously configured features will remain active. For example, your linked domain will not be removed, but you will not be able to add a new one.

You can prepay for six months and receive a 15% discount.

First, cancel your active subscriptions on the “Payments and balance” page. Then go to your account settings and remove the card. To link a new one, simply pay for your plan with the new card on the “Payments and balance” page. Cancelling a subscription doesn't cut your current plan short. It stays active until the end of the paid period, so you won't lose the days you've already paid for.

Yes, you can add a card and turn on automatic payments so your balance always stays topped up.

Yes. A receipt is emailed to you automatically as soon as you pay for a plan, and you can also request a copy from our support team anytime. If you need an invoice issued to a company, with the company name and TIN, message support and tell them which plan you'd like to pay for. They'll send you a payment link that generates the company invoice.

Yes. When you pay for a plan, a recurring subscription is set up, so it renews automatically at the end of each billing period and you don't have to pay manually every month. You can turn auto-renewal off anytime on the “Payments and balance” page. Your plan then stays active until the end of the paid period and won't renew.

Yes. You can pay for your plan ahead of time without waiting for the current period to end.

The prices on our website are shown without VAT (Value Added Tax). If such a tax applies in your country, it's added at checkout, so your final total can vary depending on where you're based.
